The Penn Reading Project, now in its twenty-seventh year, was created as an introduction for incoming freshmen to academic life at Penn. You may browse the past PRP selections below.

Faculty members in all twelve schools are invited to take part as PRP discussion leaders. Online access to this year's novel will be sent to discussion leaders and students in July, along with additional information about the Reading Project.
